01 Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the a77d platform ("a77d", "we", "us") and each person using the platform ("user", "you").

By registering on a77d or using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open and use an account on the a77d platform:

• Only one account per person is allowed.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach, you must immediately notify the a77d support team. a77d will not be liable for any loss resulting from the use of your account by a third party.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Violating this prohibition may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following policies apply when depositing funds on the a77d platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• All transactions must be made from an account registered in the user's name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal is only possible once the wagering requirements related to bonuses have been met.

04 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

a77d offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The conditions for receiving this bonus are as follows:

• A 20x wagering requirement must be met after the bonus is activated.
• The conditions must be fulfilled within the specified validity period of the bonus.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the bonus wagering is complete.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

The following general policies apply to all promotional offers and bonuses:

• a77d reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or the same IP address are not permitted.
• Cashback and benefits under the VIP program are governed by separate terms.

4.3 VIP Program

The a77d VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Cashback rates range from 0.2% to 1.2% depending on the tier. Advancement to higher tiers depends on the user's activity and loyalty.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance Policy

The following rules apply to all bets on the a77d platform:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, a77d may declare that round void.
• a77d is not liable for odds or payments displayed incorrectly due to system errors.

5.2 Fraudulent Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Employing betting strategies aimed at abusing bonuses.
• Using automated software or bots.

• Colluding with other users to place bets (collaborative betting).

06 User Code of Conduct

By using the a77d platform, you agree to comply with the following:

• You will treat other users and a77d staff with respect.
• You will not provide false, misleading or inappropriate information.
• You will not attempt to exploit any vulnerability or error in the platform.
• You will not use the platform for illegal purposes or money laundering.
• You will not use a77d's intellectual property without authorization.

a77d reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account that violates this code of conduct.

07 Identity Verification (KYC) and Privacy

7.1 Identity Verification Process

a77d reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure a safe and transparent environment. The following documents may be requested for this purpose:

• A copy of the National ID (NID) or passport.
• Confirmation of the payment method used.
• Proof of age.

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

7.2 Use of Information

08 Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content displayed on the a77d platform — logos, designs, text, software, graphics and other elements — is part of a77d's intellectual property. No element may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from a77d.

Game content and related intellectual property belong to the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe).

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, a77d will not be liable for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Security breaches caused by third parties.
